• DeSoto Arts Live Artist Vendor Application

  • DeSoto Arts Live is an event designed to celebrate the visual and performing arts. There will be visual artists displaying and selling their work and painting on site, strolling minstrels, children’s actvities and a full schedule of musical entertainment, representing various genres, culminating with a special performance by Ruben Studdard. The DeSoto Arts Commission is currently accepting applications for craft, gift and service vendors for this event.

    • $25 Registration Fee provides you a 10’ x 10’ booth space to display and sell your personal work on Artist Row located in a prime location in the center of the festival in the plaza between the DeSoto Public Library and DeSoto Civic Center.
    • Booths must open to the public by 2:00 pm and remain open during the entire event, closing at 9:30 pm.
    • You will be required to bring all items needed for your booth including tables, chairs, shade cover/tents, easels, etc.
    • Electricity is not available.
    • Load in begins at 11:00 am and you must be set up and ready to open for business by 2:00 pm.
    • Access to the festival area will be closed to vehicle traffic at 2:00 pm. Load out begins after the Midnight Star Concert ends at approximately 9:30 pm.
