A 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations in order to receive a full refund less a $25 deposit for birthday parties and scout troops, $35 deposit for a private event and a $45 deposit for a corporate or fundraising event. Please confirm the number of guests 24 hours in advance. Guests can be added on up to the day of the party, but in order to prepare, an approximate number is needed. Payment for additional guests will be accepted on the day of the party.
Payments can be made online with a credit card, cash or by check made payable to Myart either mailed to the studio.
