PRE-EMPLOYMENT BACKGROUND CHECK: Any offer of employment at JPI is conditioned on passing a pre-employment background check including criminal history, credit history (where applicable) and driving record. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: In connection with this application for employment, and any subsequent employment by JPI, I agree that any dispute between me and JPI (including any employees, managers, officers, directors, owners, customers, and/or vendors of JPI) must be filed with the American Arbitration Association for binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction with the right to trial by jury being expressly waived by all parties. Further, any such disputes must be filed, if at all, within six (6) months of the claim first accruing or shall be time barred.
