Please print your receipt for your records and as confirmation of purchase.
In order to pick up your tickets, you will be required to present:
Your valid state or government issued photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
Your confirmation number*
*You may show a copy of the confirmation number on your phone, as long as the information is clearly visible. But CVP recommends printing out the copy of the confirmation when possible to avoid any issues during pickup.
The CVBA Attendant will not release tickets if the name on the ID does not match the name indicated on the tickets as the person who is picking up the ticket, or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets.
1. How do I pick up my tickets from the box office?
The person named on the order will need to show a copy of their order confirmation and a photo ID to pick up their tickets. Most box offices will allow you to show a copy of your order confirmation on your phone, as long as all information is clearly visible. However, we do recommend printing out a copy of the confirmation when possible to avoid any issues on the night of the show.
2. Can someone else collect my tickets for me?
Only the customer whose name is listed on the Ticket pick-up order confirmation can collect the ticket order from the CVBA Business Booth.
