    PLEASE READ: Please submit this form at least 10-working days prior to the event. Your request cannot be processed unless ALL information on this form has been completed in full. All requests are subject to availability. Once your request has been processed you will receive a confirmation via email. Please do not assume that your request has been granted unless you receive a confirmation notice. **Please only select one room to request. You will be notified if that selection is not available.** If you need to cancel an event, please fill out the Cancel Special Events Request form. If your request requires furniture to be added and set up, please submit a work request through TUmarketplace. Please add the work request number to the special instructions section of the form.

    • Please Note - If you plan to serve food or beverages at your meeting/event, catering must be arranged through the Aramark Cherry and White Catering (follow the link to order catered food). Food from outside vendors is not permitted in the space.

      Room Usage Policy

      Guidelines for Room Reservations: You will be informed about access requirements upon room confirmations. When you leave the room, please be sure to return all furniture to its original setup, move all trash (especially catering/food) outside of the room, turn off lights, technology, and lock all locks (if a key was issued). Failure to comply with these policies may result in losing your privileges to reserve certain spaces, and in addition you may also be charged for any additional facilities work due to your lack of compliance. Your cooperation helps insure a more pleasant experience for all, so please adhere to the policies above.

      Student Groups and Orgs: All student groups’ requests for CLA event spaces must be made by the Student Organization Advisor. Your request will not be approved unless your group is in good standing with the office of Student Affairs/Student Center Operations.
