  • Session Fee

    A non-refundable session fee is due upon booking in order to reserve your session. Once this form is submitted, we will email you an invoice to make payment. Your desired session or sessions are not reserved until the payment is received. Therefore, the fee is non-refundable. If you cancel with less than 48 notice (even in the instance of bad weather), you forfeit your deposit and may not reschedule without a new deposit. Re-scheduling may occur to save your deposit if you give at least 48 hours notice (we will make exceptions in bad weather) and the session is rescheduled within 2 weeks of the original reserved date or if there is a family emergency or serious illness. We cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out, but will try accommodate as best as possible. In the event that two or more photographers book the same session, the reservation will be granted to the most recent submission/request, all others will be refunded. Any refunds can take 7–10 business days to complete depending on your bank or financial institution. Please note that your session fee does not include admission. If you choose to shoot during a day and time when the farm is open, all parties will be required to pay admission to the farm.
