BUILT TO SAVE® reserves the right to exclude builder and vendor members from the BUILT TO SAVE® program if those members are not in good standing with the company’s marketing contractors: Across Media Marketing, LLC / New Homes Guide. Fees paid to register as a member or to register a home will be returned unless otherwise decided by customer.
NOTE: The total fee for the BUILT TO SAVE® certification is $205 for the BUILT TO SAVE® certificate and system decal. BUILT TO SAVE® Certification fees will vary for multi-family and/or professional office buildings.
The fee for the home energy inspections are payable directly to your Rater (Approximately $450).
Create a floorplan if you plan to certify multiple homes using the same floorplan. Floorplans will only need to be created once.
Please include ALL units to be installed.
If model numbers are not available, list as much information as you have for accurate modeling (i.e. Brand, SEER, ENERGY STAR, etc.)
LIST ANY OTHER ENERGY EFFICIENT PRODUCTS TO BE USED.

Give the name of the floorplan you've previously submitted that you are requesting to use. If you haven't submitted one before, go back and select "Create a new floorplan".
Please upload all required documents before submitting.
Downpayment is required before submitting a home for certification. Downpayment may cover inspection fees (including Modeling of Home, Initial Inspection, and Final Inspection), or physical certificate and decal depending on your Rater. Downpayment does not include re-inspections.
