  • Vendor & Non Profit Booth

    Vendor Booth Rate $25.00, Non Profit there is no fee, however, if you are a Non Profit and you are selling items you will need to pay the Vendor Fee for the Event. Advance Registration and payment required. Registration deadline: October 5, 2019
  • Please note:

    • Each space is 10x10
    • All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, canopy, etc. Power is not available.
  • Booth Application Requirements

    • Booth Set Up Time 3:00pm to 4:30pm
    • Each organization or business will be directed to their space upon arriving at the event
    • Event will be cancelled if raining
    • All booths are responsible for weights/tie downs. etc in case of wind
    • Vehicles must be removed from the parking area by 4:00pm
    • Items must be appropriate for public and animal friendly
    • It is the responsibility of each vendor, including food vendors to arrange for their licenses as required by applicable local and state agencies.
  • Booth Application and Hold Harmless Agreement

  • I hereby agree to release, waive and hold harmless the Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation and any sponsors, businesses, individuals, or organizations associated with this event from any loss, damage, or injury which may occur in connection with my, and or my staff's participation in this event.

    I have read, and agree to adibe by all rules, either verbal or written, as outlined by the Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation coordinators.  I understand that failure to do so will result in explusion from this event and may result in being barred from this event and other Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation events.

    I delcare that all information given is true and accurate

    I hereby authorize the Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation to use any pictures, audio or visual recording depicting any person for promotional publication.

    I have read the Booth Application and Hold Harmless Agreement and have met all specifications for particaption in the 2019 Santa Barbara County Animal Care Foundation's Zombie Glow Run event.
