TriCity Theatre Private Party & Rental Request Form

Thank you for your interest in renting the theatre for your private event. Please fill out the information below as much as possible, so we can best address your needs. After your request is received, a representative should reach out to you within 3 days.
Basic Rental cost is a minimum of $225. This fee includes a small drink, small popcorn, and the movie for up to 25 guests in one auditorium. Each additional guest is $7/person with the same benefits. (Additional charges for 3D movies will apply. Additional charges may apply if using more than one auditorium.)

Private Rentals must be scheduled during non-business hours.

If your rental is scheduled and a minimum $50 deposit is received one month or more in advance, you will receive $25 off of the basic rental price.

Our most popular Birthday Party time is Saturday, with the movie beginning at Noon and party to follow. Other times are available, but subject to business hours and schedule.

You may bring additional food (cake, etc.). A table will be provided for use in the auditorium. Doors open for set-up and arrival 30 min prior to start of movie. (3h 15m total included)

Private Rentals can be scheduled on Mon-Fri at 3:30pm and earlier; Sat at 12Noon and earlier & Sun at 10:30am and earlier. Mon-Thurs can also accommodate 9:30pm rentals.

For individuals renting the theatre:

I understand that a non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to hold the date - the deposit is applied to the total rental. If deposit is paid one month in advance, I will receive a $25 discount on the rental.

Payment can be paid at the TriCity Theatre Box Office in person via cash or credit/debit card, over the phone, or can be mailed to PO Box 667; Jackson, OH 45640. The Box Office opens at least 45 minutes prior to the first show of the day. Balance is due the day of the rental.
