  • If application is not approved or accepted by the agent or owner, your holding deposit of $500.00 will be refunded, hereby waiving any claim for damages by reason of non-acceptance by the agent or owner.*
  • If application is approved by agent or owner, your submitted holding deposit is put towards your owed security deposit, which is equivalent to one month’s rent.*
  • If application is approved by agent or owner, and you fail to enter into or execute the lease, your submitted holding deposit is non refundable, and up to one month rent will be used for your failure to enter into or execute the lease.*
  • The first month’s rent, plus security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, plus any prorated rent (if applicable) must be paid in full before receiving access to the property. (Yes your $500.00 holding deposit will be put towards your security deposit)*
  • You hereby confirm that all the questions asked and answered by you during the pre-qualifying process were answered correct and are true to the best of your knowledge. You acknowledge and agree that if information was intentionally withheld or given in a fraudulent manner, Lenox Realty Group reserves the right to withhold your holding deposit as payment for services rendered.*

  • I understand the unit I am applying for will continue to be advertised, and Lenox will continue to accept applications on this unit until I have submitted:

    1. The Applications for everyone over 18
    2. The Holding Deposit
    3. Proof of Income (1 month's worth of most recent paystubs or bank records) for everyone whose income is needed
    4. Picture ID’s for everyone over 18 intending to occupy the premises regardless if their income is needed for approval

    The informaiton you will need:

    1.      All residency addresses for the last two years.
    2.      Contact information for ALL landlords for the last two years of residency.
    3.      Employment history for the last two years including professional addresses and phone numbers.
    4.      Contact information for a professional, non-family, reference.
    5.      Contact information for two emergency contacts.

    Once your application is submitted successfully you will receive an email to which you will need to upload the following to complete your application:

    1.      Picture ID
    2.      Proof of Income (pay stubs or bank statements) to show income for the mose recent 30 days.
    3.      Pictures of any pets (if applicable) you intend to have in the unit.

    If you DO NOT receive this final email and upload the above information your application file will NOT be finalized and your unit will NOT be taken off the market.  This can potentially allow another party to secured and rent your unit.
