    Help us market, promote, and communicate about your ministry!
  • We look forward to helping you get the word out about your ministry activity! Please use this form to submit your communications request for your St. Martin's ministry, meeting, special event, or news.

    Regular deadlines you'll encounter:

    • Field Notes (email & printed) and Sunday announcements - Due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday the week you would like announcements to start. Early submissions are encouraged so that we can plan ahead. Email is sent Thursday early afternoon, printed is distributed each Sunday.
    • Simple flyers or postcards - 2 weeks ahead of when you want to distribute them
    • Newsletters - Due one month ahead of print.
      • Advent to Epiphany - November 1
      • Lent/Easter - January 5
      • Easter/Early Pentecost - March 1
    • Press Releases, Registration Forms w/payment option, brochures, booklets, ads, and mailed items - 6-8 weeks ahead

    One announcement per submission form. Please complete as many fields as possible.

    Outside groups/non-St. Martin's ministries may use this form to request a Field Notes announcement or Facebook post only. All other options are restricted to St. Martin's ministries. Please select the Office Assistant as your staff contact.

    Follow up: After you fill out this request, we will contact you to go over details, availability, and pricing (if necessary), before work is scheduled. Please expect a response within 48-72 hours - depending on whether you submit on a weekday or weekend.

  • The Review Process 

    Before you submit your request, please review your content carefully for accuracy.

    The communications office will review and make every effort to respond within 48 hours during the workweek, or 72 hours for submissions made over the weekend, with a projected timeline for completion, or to request a meeting with you (by phone or in person) to clarify your communications needs.

    Please be sure to make note of the timelines at the introduction to this form. You are welcome to create your own materials (flyers, etc.) but we request the opportunity to edit and review drafts to be certain they comply with our branding and guidelines. We desire to serve each ministry in a prompt manner with creativity and excellence in all outlets of communication.
