This agreement contains the entire understanding between Lovely Baby Photography and the scheduled payees. You are scheduling a Halloween Petite Session portrait session. To legally amend this agreement, a written document must be composed and signed by all parties.
Your deposit fee holds your session date and time as listed. This deposit fee is a non-refundable payment of $25.00.
Client agrees that session fee is a total of $60.00 plus sales tax for a 8-10 minute session at my studio in Carlsbad, CA for one child. You are including a second child, the the session fee will be $75, and if you are including a third child the session fee will be $85. This fee covers the artist’s time, wear and use of equipment, all creative efforts spent personalizing your experience, and artistically retouching your images. Your session is "flat fee" and includes shooting, as well as artist selected final images to be delivered as high resolution digital files, along with a full print release, via digital download. Session includes your choice of two sets along with up to 10 minutes of shooting time. Final images are selected by photographer, and those are the images that will be delivered to you. 5 images for 1 child, 7 images for 2 children, 9 images for 3 children.
You understand that all EXTRA prints are purchasable through our Collections, Digital or A-La-Carte if you decide to order anything beyond the digital files that are provided to you.
Your session will last approximately 10 minutes in the studio. If you are late to your session, this will cut into your shooting time.
GUARANTEES AND LIMITATIONS
Lovely Baby Photography guarantees:
1. To arrive promptly with all necessary equipment
2. Your results will be both unique and professional.
1. Note that you will NOT see all images that the artist has taken. Artist reserves the right to select only the best images to be presented to you, and edits will only be done to those images. We do not store the rejected photos, and they are not available for your review.
2. All appointments are scheduled in accordance with availability. Please give at least 24 hour notice if you must cancel your scheduled session. Your session fee is non-refundable, and will NOT be applied to another session if cancellation is made without the 24 hour notice.
3. We take all precautions in the preservation of your images. However, if the digital files become lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond our control, liability is limited to the return of any and session fees received for that session, or a reshoot. Beyond the above statement, images are stored by photographer for up to six months. Beyond the six month timeframe, we cannot guarantee that we will have your photos stored any longer. If you prefer to have all of your digital files for printing and archiving purposes, I suggest purchasing the digital files for your own safekeeping.
4. Lovely Baby Photography does not issue refunds for dislikes pertaining to composition or overall style of a photograph. My shooting style is showcased throughout my blog and website.
COPYRIGHTS OF ARTISTIC PROPERTY
Images are limited to the ownership of Lovely Baby Photography and may not be reprinted, scanned or copied without expressed, written permission. Your session includes permission to reprint digital files, and you will be provided with high resolution .jpg files and a print release.

3. FINAL PAYMENT due on the date of your session $43.10 (Dollar amounts for ADDIONAL CHILDREN WILL BE ADDED ON THE DAY OF YOUR SESSION!)
