Steps for Approval:
1.) Upon submission the form will be directed to the Superintendent, Principal and Activities Director by email.
2.) The Administrator that needs to approve the transportation will do so by forwarding the email to the person that requested the form and the Activities Director to let them know if this has been "Granted" or "Denied".
3.) The Activities Director will contact the Transportation Director to find if a vehicle is available.
4.) The Activities Director will then contact the person requesting the Transportation to clarify what vehicle and any other information that may be needed.
