CHAPTER MEMBERS: Remit form and fees to the Chapter. The Chapter must submit chapter membership dues online.

MEMBER-AT-LARGE: Must submit dues online (by logging on to https://delta.dstonline.org/DSTMember/Sign_In; can also pay by credit card online) and then remit cashier's check, money order credit card, direct deposit or wire transfer to:

National Dues - Regular Members: $190
Local Dues: $150
Per Capita Fee: $10.00

Golden/Diamond Life: $10 Per Capita Fee
Local Dues: $150

Reinstatement Fee (less than 2 years): $15
Reinstatement Fee (after 2 years): $30

$15 reinstatement fee will apply starting December 31, 2026.
