What to bring to tryouts

Players should come prepared to tryout with the following:
1. Birth Certificate of player (copy)
2. One 1 in x 1 in color photo of player
3. ISC Tryout Form
4. US Club Registration Form
5. Proper training attire and shoes (outdoor & indoor), properly inflated soccer ball, water & shin guards.
