Deadline to Register: December 9, 2017, or until limit is reached (whichever comes first).
Payment for full amount must be recieved by December 9, 2017. For any extenuating circumstances, if payment is not recieved by this date, and you have not made arrangements with our CFO within 5 days of the payment deadline, your registration will be cancelled and your spot will be given to the next school on the wait list.
California Thespians will not accept personal checks. No exceptions. A personal check will not be considered as payment.
Upon completing the form you will receive a confirmation invoice. Please keep the confirmation invoice as it will allow you to make edits until registration is closed.

Schools that have not chartered a Troupe are subject to an additional $50.00 Fee and will be placed on a waiting list. There are only 10 total slots availble for this event. If more than 10 Thespian Tropues register, waitlist priority will also be given to chartered Thespian Troupes. Non Thespian High School's that are on the waitlist, who charter a Troupe, can update their reigstration to a confirmed performance spot only if available. Troupe status will be checked manually.

Waitlist Process: If no remaining times are available you may add yourself to the waitlist. While on the waitlist, you can use your registration confrimation to prepare for the event, and even request a check. This way, if we notify you that a slot has opened up, you are already prepared to attend.

All schools must submit a clean copy of the script as it will be performed with their application. In addition schools must provide a prop and costume list, and a birds eye view layout for their stage layout.

This supplemental application document will be attached to your confirmation invoice, and it can also be found on the website.
Failure to submit the suplemetnal application promptly, and by the registration deadline will result in the cancellation of your registration.
