Cancellation Policy*

SHOULD YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER once it has been designed, there is a $45 design fee for anything designed per your request - including mind & property status changes. This simply covers our time involved to complete your job request. Standard turn-around is 24-48 hours. Rush fees will apply for faster turn-around.
Payment Policy*

We have gotten rave reviews about our service from our clients; however, from time to time, an agent will not receive any response from a flyer. This generally has to do with the house itself, price point, the market or lack of buyers for your specific listing. Please do not ask if you don't have to pay if you do not get an offer or showings, as we can not guarantee individual results.
