Naked Kisses Dog Rescue Adoption Application
  • Naked Kisses Dog Rescue Foster Application

  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a foster home with Naked Kisses Dog Rescue (NKDR). Please be sure you are willing to commit to fostering if you complete this application. If you are more interested in adopting, that is a separate process.

For some dogs, foster care time could be a few weeks or a few months, and some can go as long as a year.  There is no way to know ahead of time how long it will take to get a dog adopted, so know it could be a short or long term commitment.

As a foster home, we ask that you work with our dogs while they are in your care in order to expose them to sights, sounds, and situations that they would normally experience in an adoptive home or while they’re in public.  We rely on your feedback on the needs, likes and dislikes of the foster dog to find them the best matched home.

Please be as thorough as possible when completing the application in order to ensure your application is processed in a timely manner. The information gathered here will only be used in the processing of your request to foster with NKDR and is only viewed by our application processor and the NKDR Board of Directors. All information remains confidential.  There are no bad or wrong answers.  Please be honest in your answers to help ensure a pleasant experience for everyone involved.
