Proofs: After the session, the client named above (referred to hereafter as "Client") will receive a proofing gallery within 2 weeks. These images are edited and selected at the discretion of RC Photography, LLC (referred to hereafter as "Photographer"). Photographer reserves the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards. Photographer does not, provide or display raw or unedited images from the session to the client. Though photographer may take many images during the session, the photographer alone reserves the artist right to select the best images to show and present to the client via their proofing gallery. The client understands that this is industry standard and the nature of digital photography.

Online Gallery: Client's online gallery will remain active for 30 days after emailed. All orders and downloads must take place within this timeframe.

RAW/Unedited Images: RAW and/or unedited images (excluding events) will not be provided under any circumstance.

Prints: Color quality and size can only be guaranteed if provided by photographer. Photographer assumes no responsibility for prints made outside their professional lab.

Payment: Payment in full is due to Photographer at the time of service. Photographer shall have no obligation to perform any services for Client pursuant to this Agreement unless and until payment in full is received by Photographer. All rights to digital images or reproduction of images shall be charged according to Photographers standard price list in effect at the time of purchase by Client. Client understands and agrees that Photographer will not book other sessions during this time.

Cancellation: Client understands that by entering into this agreement, Photographer is foregoing other photographic jobs. In the event of a cancellation or postponement of the portrait session/agreement by Client, the deposits paid are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable if a date change is necessary. Forty-eight hours (48) notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated. If it is not possible for a session to take place on a scheduled day due to weather, Photographer and Client will reschedule on an agreed date at the earliest date possible, with no additional charge.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to another session at the photographer's discretion. If client does not notify photographer of a cancellation deposit is not transferable.

Copyright and Reproduction: Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions of such images. Photographer may provide Client with a limited copyright release for the private, personal use and enjoyment of images created by Photographer. Client shall not, at any time, use or sell Photographer’s images in a commercial context without the express written consent of Photographer. Client shall not re-edit or alter the photos in any way.

Reservation of Rights: Photographer reserves the right to use all images created by Photographer for marketing and advertising purposes including, but not limited to, the use on business cards, displays, internet website, blog and portfolio.
