Three pictures are required to complete your claim:

1 - A picture that clearly shows the damage/defect

2 - A picture that shows an unobstructed view of the item (Must stand back far enough to see entire item)

3 - A picture of the product tag (Look for a white square tag that has item number and manufacturer's name on it)

Please note that homePLUS is here to help process your warranty claim, however, we are in no way responsible for manufacturer's defects or accidental damage caused by customer. homePLUS, at our expense, will work with the product vendors on your behalf to get repair/replacement authorization, and will keep you updated throughout the process. If replacement is authorized, customer is responsible for expenses related to delivery of the replacement item.
