  • The 2025 Simi Valley Fall Street Fair will be held on Simi Town Center Way on Saturday, October 25, 2025.  We hope you will join us as a vendor!

  • Note before registering: 

    • Vendor Spaces are 10’ x 10’.
    • One business/entity per booth. No sharing.
    • Vendors supply their own table, chairs, canopy, and weights.
    • Food vendors must be fully contained (we don't offer sinks).
    • Hand carts or dollies recommended.
    • Limited utility vehicle assistance (concierge service) available for a fee.
    • No electricity available.
    • This event is held rain or shine.
    • Vendors may want to purchase their own liability insurance for the event.
    • Must attend Vendor Orientation to secure your spot!

  • The City of Simi Valley requires a 2025 Business Tax Certificate. You can apply for this at https://simivalley.hdlgov.com/  Please send your Business Tax Certificate number to the Chamber as soon as you have it. It will start with 068________.

    The City of Simi Valley website also has a phone helpline and an email address for questions about the Business Tax Certificate.

  • 3. Fees & Vendor Information

    Determines how much you pay and what additional information we require.
  • Chamber Member refers to a business that pays annual membership dues to the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce and enjoys all the benefits of membership, including lower Street Fair fees. Call if you'd like to become a member: 805-526-3900.

  • Food Vendors: please send us your TFF, MFF, or Cottage food permit as soon as you have it, and no later than September 19, 2025.

    If you are handing out halloween size candy or water bottles you do not need a permit.

  • Want to give away or sell food?

    If you plan to give away food or offer samples, you will need to fill out a TFF application, (Temporary Food Facility permit) and send it + fees to the Chamber by 09/20/25.  Find applications at https://vcrma.org/temporary-food-facilities-at-community-events.

    If you are a food vendor who needs a TFF for the Street Fair, follow the same process.

    Give away as many prepackaged Halloween treats or water as you like without a permit!

  • 4. Advertising + Sponsorship Opportunities

    Chamber Members Only
  • All sponsorships Include social media promotion, logo inclusion in print ads and on websites, and radio and announcement mentions at the Street Fair.

    Supporting Sponsor $1,000 - One Center Court booth, logo in program, on websites, in print ads and mentioned on radio and from stage at event, sponsor sign at booth, concierge service.

    Event Sponsor $1,500 - Same as Supporting Sponsor plus street side banner.

    Premier Sponsor $2,000 - Event Sponsor package plus an additional booth, large logos, and extra radio mentions.

    Title Sponsor $10,000 - Premier Sponsor package plus up to six additional booths and listed as “Main Event Sponsor.”

    Street Side Banner $150 - 6' x 2' banner with your business name hung on Simi Town Center Way two weeks before the event.

                                          • Penalties:

                                            • Tear down before 4:00pm ($200 Fine)
                                            • Vendor not completely off the street by 5:30pm ($300 Fine)
                                            • Trash left ion booth space ($500 Fine)
                                            • Moving barricades ($500 Fine)
                                            • Setting up before street closure ($250 and Simi Police will remove your set up from street)

                                            Restrictions:

                                            • Do not drive your vehicle on Simi Town Center Way
                                            • No Generators
                                            • No sharing booths. ONE booth per business/entity
                                            • No Harassment of passersby or vendors

                                          • 7. Hold Harmless + Vendor Orientation

                                          • HOLD HARMLESS

                                            In consideration for being permitted by the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce to participate in the annual Simi Valley Street Fair, I hereby waiver, release and discharge any and all claims for damages for personal injury, death, or property damage which I may have or which I may hereafter accrue to me as a result of participation in said activity.  This release is intended to discharge in advance the aforementioned organizations and event sponsors, volunteers, employees and agents from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in said activity, even through that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the person or entities mentioned above.  It is understood that this activity may involve an element of risk and danger of accidents, and knowing those risks, I hereby assume those risks.  It is further agreed that this waiver release and assumption of risk is to be binding on my heirs and assigns.  I agree to indemnify and hold the above persons or entities free and harmless from any loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense which may incur as a result of my death or any injury or any property damage that I may sustain while participating in said activity. I understand that this is an outdoor event and that the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged due to inclement weather.  I further understand that the vendors must make their own decision to set up or not to set up their display. I agree to accept  a refund minus 25% of the booth fee should I cancel after September 19, 2025 and I understand that cancellations after October 11, 2025 will not be refunded.  In addition, I agree to pay any and all penalties assessed upon completion of event as noted above. I agree to the restrictions as well.

                                          • Vendor Orientation:
                                            All vendors are required to attend a Vendor Orientation, either in person or via Zoom. Failure to attend will result in your booth being removed from the registry and a refund issued, provided it falls within the cancellation timeline outlined in this form. 

                                            You will receive an email in mid-August or early September to sign up for Vendor Orientation
