For the Denali National Park and Northern lights Photo Trips we do allow payment plans. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot and we will arrange a payment plan with you after you have made your deposit for the trip. Please feel free to email us or call us if you have any questions.
We reserve the right to cancel the photo trip due to insufficient registration. In such a case, all monies collected, including deposits will be refunded. If the photo trip is canceled, you will be notified at least 60 days in advance.
If the photo trip is canceled due to instructor illness, natural disaster, or other uncontrollable reasons, all monies will be refunded.
Please know that sometimes uncontrollable circumstances will force us to alter plans during a photo trip. Wayfare Collective and its affiliates cannot be held responsible for unanticipated events (such as park closures, natural disasters, civil unrest, weather, etc.) that either prevent you from attending or us altering our location shoots. We will do our best to work around any unforeseen circumstances.
We reserve the right to increase the stated photo trip participant limit. This will happen rarely and only if a couple or group wants to sign up and there's only space for one of the couple or all but one of the group. In the event the minimum amount of participants is not hit; the original cost of the trip shall increase and be distributed evenly among remaining participants. Trip costs are based upon a set minimum.
You will also be asked to sign a liability release before the photo trip begins. If you're not comfortable with signing releases, please do not register.
* We cannot be held responsible for other associated costs, such as travel expenses, and we therefore highly recommend trip insurance.
We understand that sometimes folks need to make last minute cancellations due to illness, family, or business matters. Unfortunately, we are unable to make last minute refunds or provide a full credit to future photo trips due to these last minute cancellations. Again, trip insurance is highly recommended.
*If your spot can be filled, all money, minus $50 processing fee, will be refunded.
In some cases, I may be able to apply a partial credit to a future (within one year) trip.

Cancellation charges reflect the many expenses Wayfare Collective cannot recover if you cancel, even if you must do so due to illness, injury, or personal emergencies. This policy and or fees are not meant to be punitive. The charges made reflect the expenses Wayfare Collective has incurred in administering your reservation and planning for your participation. We recognize that the majority of those who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity. Please understand that once you’ve signed up, we lose the right to sell your reserved space to other individuals or groups. Please note that we do not make any refunds for any unused portion of your trip, not arriving, arriving late, or leaving the trip early.
To qualify for any refunds, we must receive notification in writing, by email or mail to: Wayfare Collective, LLC., 2217 E. Tudor Road, Anchorage, AK 99507. Cancellation date is the date the notice is received by Wayfare Collective in writing.
91 + days: All but $100
61 -90 days: 50% of your trip
31-60 days: 25% of trip fee
30 days or less: No refund
A portion of the fees up to 50% may be transferred to other photo trips. Approval is given on an individual basis
