We are excited for the opportunity to assist you with planning and organizing your trip from beginning to end! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless travel planning experience before you leave, while you are there, and when you return. We are here every step of the way.

We do charge a non-refundable, non-transferable administrative fee of $50 for less than 10 travelers and $100 for 10 or more travelers. This administrative fee covers setting up and managing your booking. We will do all of the researching, handle all communications, administer payments, provide client portals, and make sure you and your group are totally prepared for your trip.

Please be prepared to pay your set-up fee at the end of the planning form in order to submit it. Thank you in advance!
