Signature drinks

The Conservatory has a very popular in-house signature drink - the Wild Berry Smash. If you have not tried it yet, then, please setup a time to do so (it's also a larger pour of vodka!). We are happy provide a signature drink for you (we suggest 1 drink so but we can do a max of 2 max) using the ingredients we have in house. For a list of those ingredients please review our current bar menu (email us for the most current one). There is an add'l charge for neat cocktails with larger pours or drinks with special order items. Here's a few ideas - keep in mind not all drinks can be made into a signature drink. We are an event bar - so we do not muddle or smoke drinks. If the ceremony is onsite we'll use our bookshelves to feature 1 signature drink after the ceremony (this will speed up service).

Kegs:

We can have upto 2 kegs going at 1 time with our 2-tapper kegorator and a 3rd can be switched out when one is empty.

We are happy to get any type that we can in for you (as long as we can get it) most popular are Bud Light, Busch Light, and Coors Light.

Keep in mind we have 2 keg tapper with a max of 3 total kegs. We can not order any more than this.

All beverages (of any kind) must come from The Conservatory. This includes all wine, beer, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages. Neither you, your guests, nor the caterer you've hired may provide any beverages. Liquor bottles brought in will be removed by management and a fee will be charged to your card on file if the bottle has been consumed on-site. No coolers either, those should remain outside. Bar item prices may change at any time. Bar closes at 11pm for our events unless otherwise noted on the contract.
