Applicant must be a current paid member of the Allen County Farm Bureau when applying for the scholarship, or have a parent or guardian who is a current paid Allen County Farm Bureau member.
Applicant or someone who will represent them must work one shift at the Allen County Food Stand during the Allen County Fair that year.
Applicant must be a current high school senior or be enrolled as a full-time, undergraduate student majoring in an agriculture-related program at a university, college or technical school; or come from an agriculture related background; or been involved as an active participant in an ag related service for at least one year.
Minimum grade point average: 2.50/4.00, the scholarship committee will look at both cumulative and current gpa.
Graduating high school seniors must submit a copy of their first quarter/semester grades from the university, college or technical school they are attending to the Allen Farm Bureau office before they will be granted the scholarship funds. (Typically in December)
College students must submit a copy of their next quarter/semester grades from the university, college or technical school where they are currently enrolled to the Allen County Farm Bureau office before they will be granted the scholarship funds. (Typically in December)
Applicants may attach no more than one (1) additional page, if necessary to provide details required to complete the application.

An interview for those who have not applied previously, will be held to help narrow down the selection process.
Applicants or Parents must attend the Allen County Farm Bureau Annual Meeting to receive the scholarship.
Scholarship applications must be delivered or postmarked no later than April 6, 2020.
