MATTERbox Meal Kits consist of nine shelf-stable ingredients; whole wheat pasta, multigrain rice, whole wheat tortillas, low sodium black beans, corn (no salt added), diced tomatoes, unsweetened applesauce, tuna, and chicken. MATTERbox Snack Packs come with three snacks - a serving of protein, grains, and fruit.
