• Budget Modification Request

  • Student organizations can reallocate approved funding from a budget to a new expenditure or add to an already approved expenditure. This process is to move already approved funds and does not grant an organization additional funding. Budget modifications should only be completed for requests approved through the budgeting process. To return funds from a supplemental request, please complete a funding release form.   • INSTRUCTIONS:

    1. Indicate the request(s) from which you want to reallocate approved funding, as well as the amount.
    2. Explain the reasons for the budget modification.
    3. Indicate what the funds are being moved to.
    4. Fill out a supplemental request form (PEI, PRS, CEI, etc.) for the new expenditure

  • After submitting this form, the Allocations Chair will review the budget modification. After the SORC confirms the funds being realloacted are still in your account, the Allocations Chair will process the form.

    Note: in order to complete the budget modification process you must submit a supplemental request for the new expenditure
