    The cost for a 10x8 ft space is $150.00 until July 1 and $175 after. The week and includes the following: Two weekly passes per vendor, Opportunity to have raffle or giveaways at booth, Special activities planned to increase foot traffic. Vendor Booth competition back by popular request You are responsible for the following:1) Completed and signed Warren County Fair Application.2) Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 naming Warren County Fair as additional insured.3) Completed Stock Vehicle/Camping Form (if stock vehicle or camping is required) 4) The County of Warren requires that all vendors be registered for a Vendor License, that application is attached to our application which can be downloaded from our website by June1st.

  • Specific Information Needed

    This information will be used to determine your payment. The agreed amount of payment to the Association by Exhibitor will be $150.00 ($175 if after July 1) per 10x8 ft space. In addition, if an electric hookup is required the Concessionaire agrees to pay $75 for 20amp service, $100 for 30 amp service and $150 for 50 amp service for 7 days per booth. If you require electric please indicate below and bring a commercial extension cord at least 15 ft. The Exhibitor must provide their own displays material (i.e., tables, chairs, etc). The space includes drapes with an 8ft back and two three foot sides.
