NOTE:  You will be contacted by the regional event team towards scheduling your performance timeslot.  Please check-in at the Welcome/Info Center station upon your arrival to confirm your event presence and timeslot.  All performers for Main Stage should practice timing for just under either 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes in total duration length of their own individual show timeslot (as you indicate below). CONTACT INFORMATION is required to mutually discuss/confirm your scheduled performance, and to receive event updates as may from time to time be applicable.  Also, any bonus information about special arrangements for carpooling, roomsharing, and such related matters will be shared amongst all registered speakers, performers, volunteers and other event "insider" persons who want to participate in those extra mutual benefits.  Performers will be also directed on how to mutually discuss sharing of audio gear at the event with other attending performers.  Please provide enough contact information to suit your own needs below.

This is a "G-Rated" event for family issues, with many children expected in attendance.  Please... ALL performers agree to refrain from inclusion of, or reference to, any vulgarity, profanity, nudity, drugs, drinking, or any other material that is similarly objectionable to traditional society's public norms for minor children and family values.  Thank you!
