By selecting Renewal Conference 2019 as your vendor location, You will place your products in front of a wide demographic that will help you position your brand for success. This years vending schedule is as follows: Thursday, May 30, 2019, from 6:00pm - 9:00pm | Friday, May 31, 2019, from 6:00pm - UNTIL | Saturday, June 1, 2019, from 8:30am - 2pm. (Times may vary as we get closer to the conference month).

Booth Selection

Booths are rented on a first come, first served basis. For 2019, we can accommodate up to 5 vendors.
Booth Option

$125.00 for product booth space rental (8 x 8) single day$250.00 for product booth space rental (8x8) all 3 days

Important Event Information

Event begins at 7:00pm on May 30, 2019, and ends at 2:00pm on June 1, 2019. Booth setup begins at 2:00pm May 30, 2019. Booths must be completed no later than 5:30pm on May 30, 2019. Vendors are responsible for setup and tear down of booths. Any vendors who have not paid in full by May 3, 2019 (6:00pm), will lose their space (no refunds/no rain checks will be given).
