          Inaugural HLH Awareness & Charity Event Policies and Vendor Application


    All applications are subject to approval by Journey Of The Bullies event staff who reserve the right to limit the number of similar items exhibited for sale and advertisements, to make all final decisions on all matters regarding this event, removal without compensation of participants for non compliance to any policy, assure that only items listed and/or approved will be sold. All food sales applicants must comply with the City's or County's Health Department in which this event is hosted, and all applicants must comply with the City's and/or County's Fire Department regulations, and State Board Equalization (Seller's permit) regulations.

    Items to be sold are to be listed and/or discussed with the J.O.T.B. event staff  and included on application form. All participants are responsible for their own liability insurance coverage for ant claims which might arise within their display area (Booth) or from their activities at the event. Journey Of The Bullies Staff, Volunteers, or its Organizers shall have NO liability for lost or damaged property or the belongings of the participant. All participants shall display and sell from their designated areas only, and shall not interfere in any with the sell or display of any other vendor attending the event. There will be no sharing of booth space (Vendor area); each vendor must have their own area. Participants are liable for any damage to booth and/or display area. NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER OCCURRENCES BEYOND THE CONTROL OF JOURNEY OF THE BULLIES.

    Vendor Sponsor Booth Fee: $150 w/ Donation 10x10 Space, 3 passes, Logo on Flyer and/or Banner, Honorable Mentions during event.

    (Add on Booths $50 each).

    Vendor Booth Fee: $100 w/ Donation 10x10 Space, 2 passes.

    (Add on Booths $50 each)

    Non-Vendor Fee: $50 w/ Donation 10x10 Space, 2 passes.

    (Non Vendor may advertise but not sell any merchandise or items)
