  • Each farmer/vendor is responsible for obtaining the appropriate licenses for their products. If you have any questions regarding what permits and licenses you need for particular goods, please email Christina: thecommongroundmarket@gmail.com

    • Customers wishing to sell whole uncut fresh fruits and vegetables do not require a license.
    • Any customer wishing to provide samples must obtain a Health Department license.
    • Farmers who sell meat products must have their animals slaughtered at a USDA approved plant.
    • In order to apply for a farm or farmer's market license, an application must be completed and a list of foods provided, along with the location of where food is prepared offsite.
    • Non-cottage food sold by non-farmers must be prepared in a commercially licensed kitchen. A copy of the Health License for that facility must be submitted.
  • Vendor Fees:

    $15 application fee to be paid upon submitting this application. Please send via Paypal to thecommongroundmarket@gmail.com

    5% of all sales, to be reported and paid at the closing of each market, in cash or via PayPal.
