This form is for use by groups that are not ministries of the Parish of Saint James and for any individual wishing to host an event at our parish facilities. Please note that special events such as Weddings and Quinceaneras as well as Funerals have a specific form for those purposes. Thank you for your understanding.

If youth will be participating in your event, you must specify two adults who are certified by the Safe Environment Program. These two adults MUST be on site for the duration of the event. Your space request will not be processed unless you have identified the two Safe Environment Adults. Contact Allie Enos at vcre@stjameswv.org to find out more about the Safe Environment program.
