Thank you for your desire to become a member of the SEPC STEP-UPP Retail class. If selected, you will develop a greater understanding of the industry through an emphasis on strategic orientation, personal leadership, and hands-on field experience.
The STEP-UPP Retail class is designed for professionals from full-service retail chains that sell food directly to consumers, such as grocery stores, convenience stores, and club stores. Participants will gain valuable industry insights through two tours in April and June. Attendance at both Southern Exposure and Southern Innovations is required.
