Students receive instruction from 8:30am to 4pm Monday - Friday (bring your lunch) with normal, full registration. A younger, introductory program, Elementary Blue Sky Instruction for guitar & fiddle is from 9am-11am Monday - Friday.

I, the undersigned adult below, certify that I am the legal parent or guardian of the above-named student. I certify the student is permitted to participate in the Blue Sky Music Camp during the hours of 9am to 4pm daily. I certify that any and all health-related conditions of the student are described above. I understand that camp staff is not responsible for my student outside of those hours. I give permission to camp staff or instructors to authorize medical treatment of said student in the event of an emergency. I agree not to hold Blue Sky Music Camps, Mountain Music, Star Valley Arts Council or any of its sponsors, staff, employees or volunteers liable in the event of any emergency medical treatment of said student, as well as any damage with respect of bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from participation in the music camp. I understand my student is responsible for his/her musical instruments and personal belongings. I also understand that photos of my student may be taken during the event to be used to promote this event in the future, either online or in print, but that my student's name will never be published online without my consent.
