WEDDING PACKAGE (All packages come with 2 photographers, an online album, and photo reprint rights)*

Package 1 ($2700): up to 8-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos.Package 1 with E-Session ($3000): up to 8-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos, up to 1.5-hours engagement session.Package 2 ($3000): up to 10-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos.Package 2 with E-Session ($3300): up to 10-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos, up to 1.5-hours engagement session.Package 3 ($3200): up to 12-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos.Package 3 with E-Session ($3500): up to 12-hour continuous coverage, high-resolution edited photos, up to 1.5-hours engagement session.

Purpose*

This agreement contains the entire understanding between the Photographer and the Client. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by both parties

Payment*

A non-refundable $500.00 retainer fee is due immediately at the time of signing of agreement to book and hold the date of your event. In the event of cancellation by the Client, such fee shall be forfeited and paid to the Photographer as liquidated damages. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.

Event Schedule*

The Client agrees to confirm the schedule/timeline 1 weeks prior to the event. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made by the client in a timely manner.

Safety*

The photographers reserves to right to terminate coverage and leave the location of the event if the photographers experience inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive behavior from person(s) at the event; or in the event that the safety of the photographers from the 2Focus Photography is in question.

Travel Expenses*

When applicable, the Client is responsible for all travel accommodations, meals, and transportation cost unless provided by Client.

Permits*

The Client is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the photographers will be performing services.

Capture and Delivery*

The Photographer is not liable to deliver every image taken at the event. The determination of images delivered to the clients is left to the discretion of the Photographer. Final images shall be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks from the date of the event.

Retention of Delivered Images*

It is the Client’s responsibility to protect and retain delivered images. The Photographer will retain delivered images for a duration of up to one year. The Photographer is not liable for the loss of delivered images after one year.

Meal*

For events lasting longer than 6 hours, the Photographer will be provided a full guest meal.

Post Production and Editing*

The final post production and editing styles, effects, and overall look of the images are left to the discretion of the Photographer. Client may request further changes for an additional charge such as body shaping, wardrobe malfunctions, makeup malfunctions, hair malfunctions etc. Photographer will not release any unedited photos to clients.

Copyrights and Reproductions*

The Photographer retains copyright in all photographs, and hereby grants the Client permission to share the images on social networking websites, with family and friends, and on vendor websites. The Client has permission to reproduce these images as he/she desires. The Client must obtain written permission from the Photographer prior to publishing or selling the photographs.

Cancellation Policy*

For weddings and events, if for any reason the Client cancels before the wedding date, the Photographer will keep the event retainer fee paid to hold the wedding or event date as a cancellation fee. However, if the client requires to change the wedding date, I will do my best to accommodate and no cancellation fee will be charged as long as the new date is available and within five months of the original event date. Otherwise the new date will be subject to current rates if applicable. If I am not available for the new date, the original contract will be cancelled and subject to the cancellation policy. If client cancels the wedding/event 0-30 days from wedding/event date, client is responsible to pay remaining balance to photographer. If client cancels the wedding/event 31-360+ days from wedding/event date, client is not responsible to pay remaining balance to photographer.

Venue and Location Limitations*

The photographer is limited by the rules and guidelines of the location(s) and site management. The client agrees to accept the technical results of their imposition on the photographer. Negotiation with the officials for moderation of guidelines is the client’s responsibility; the photographer will offer technical recommendations only.

Responsibilities*

The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the photographer including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the client or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the photographer, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The Photographer is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting conditions which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. The Photographer is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the event. The photographer will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at the event.

Limit of Liability*

In the unlikely event that the Photographer is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, or other cause beyond control, the Photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event.In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the Photographer’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the Photographer’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event. The limit of liability shall not exceed the contract price stated herein.
