  • We need many volunteers with all types of talents to make this event successful.  How can you help!

  • Volunteer shifts are 1.5 hours in length, however we can certainly find a role for everyone. 

    Set Up Team (inside and outside): moving tables, chairs, set up tents, moderate to heavy lifting.

    Cash Raffle Ticket Sales (outside, under tent): handling money

    50/50 Raffle and Instant Bingo Ticket Sales (inside and outside): walking througout the event, inside and outside.

    Cotton Candy Station (inside): Set up begins at 12:30 p.m., may be asked to operate machine (its easy and fun!), collect money.

    Safe Archery Game Assistant (outside): Assist attendant with money collection and other tasks.

    Segway Promotion and/or Challenge Assistant (outside, under tent): Assist attendant with money collection, sharing information. 

    Clean Up Team (inside and outside): moving tables, chairs, removing signs, cleaning tables inside.
