Whether you would like to host a community event or plan a cause marketing partnership through your organization, we are grateful for your interest in partnering with us. Once you have an idea for helping us help kids, send us the following information about your plan and our foundation staff will contact you. Fundraisers and cause marketing partnerships benefiting Children’s need to be pre-approved by our foundation.

Agreement for event or promotion:

All publicity for proposed events must be approved by Children's Wisconsin Foundation before it is released, printed, etc.

The proceeds and a final accounting of the fundraiser must be submitted within 30 days of the event.

All marketing materials, including logos, for Children's and the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals cannot be used without written permission.
