You will be with Earthy and Heavenly elements along with the powerful Ocean energy. This is a very intimate, safe and nurturing environment. We look forward to having you in our circle.

Please note....

Be sure to stay near Asbury Park beach during this workshop. The workshop often run overtime, and you want to be grounded to receive the optimal result. Message me if you wish to connect with other participants to share a room or lodging. I will do my best.

Please bring the water bottle and a recycle-friendly straw to reduce plastic waste and hazard to our sea friends. Yoga matt, layers of clothing, hat, beach wears/essentials if you wish to enter the ocean (the water activity is not a part of this workshop)
