Completing this application is a step in the process to acquiring a puppy from SZ Rolling Acres, LLC.
APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT: Most of you already have deposits placed and spot in line secured. This application is for me to look back on so I have all infromation readily available when picks start. You understand the Waiting List Deposit you placed is Non-Refundable but is transferable to a future litter. The Waiting Deposit EXPIRES after 12 months. I only decline applications if I feel the applicant is not a good fit for my dogs. If this happens I will contact you and disccuss why you have been declined.
YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be chosen in deposit order once puppies turn 3-4 weeks of age. If you choose a puppy, your deposit will claim it as yours. (If you joined on a "waiting list special" the total deposit amount must equal $500. If neither of your choices are available, you may elect to pass your deposit on which usually moves your deposit higher on the list for the next round. You have unlimited passes but the deposit EXPIRES after 12 months from the original placing date. We will keep you FULLY updated on the offical choosing date and time. Picking must be done online via videos and pictures. Skype is just fine also.
GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable timeframe. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. Please plan accordingly.
CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy. I will email you a shell contract to review once you choose your puppy. The offical document will be signed at pick up or by 6 weeks if shipping.
SPAY/NEUTER: Dogs not sold with breeding rights are required to be spay and neutered prior to 18 months of age. Proof is required and this part of the contract is enforceable. If you originally buy under pet price but then wish to have breeding rights we do allow that for an additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
