Cancellation and Appointment Policy
• Reservation will be held in one responsible contact's name with a credit card on file. All Fees (travel fees/sunday fees/early or late start fees) are due upon booking. Final payment for services is due 30 day prior to event.
Payments may be paid by cash, Venmo, or credit card or Zelle. Pre-payment in full may be made as an alternative to having a credit card on file.
• Booking Fee of $10 per person in party will be charged at time of booking. Fee is a non-refundable admin fee and does not apply towards services. This is not a deposit.
• Reservation is not confirmed until all 3 below in place:
- Signed contract is received by Salon
- Credit card is on file & deposit is received by Salon
- You have received a confirmation email from The Salon
• Cancellations up to 30 days prior to appointments will be charged at 50%. Cancellations within 30 days of appointments and/or missed appointments will be charged at 100%. Substitutions may be made to avoid missed appts. Add on's are subject to availability.
• Please see winterparksalon.com for time frames on services. Prices are based on these listed time frames. Additional cost will apply for services requiring more time. If you feel you would like more time for your appointment, please request so during scheduling.
• ALL communications, cancellations, additions and changes must be submitted by email to
winterparkweddings@hotmail.com, otherwise they will not be addressed. Please allow 48 hours for response.
