• Civilian Investigative Panel

    The Civilian Investigative Panel is currently accepting applications for membership.  The person must either live, work or own real property in any area of the City of Miami.  The appointee may not have immediate family currently employed by the City of Miami nor can he/she be currently employed by the City.  The Civilian Investigative Panel serves the public and police by providing fair and impartial assessments regarding concerns about sworn police officers.  The Panel strives to promote integrity, accountability, commitment, and teamwork.  The Panel meets monthly for about 2 hours and members sit on subcommittees in order to perform the work of the Panel.
