SCOPE OF WORK. The Photographer grants to the Client to provide 15 to 20 (number) Property photos. Photographer services under current Contract include all interior room photos of the properties being photographed. The specific amount of above mentioned Property photos is varied. Half of the agreed amount is due upfront, with the rest due upon receipt of edited photos provided to the client via gallery on photographer's website. The photographic services performed under current Contract includes basic editing (contrast, toning, cropping, exposure). The photography services under current Contract will be performed for 750.00 for 9 condominium properties in the downtown Chicago area, starting between the hours 6:30am to 7:00am.
THE PHOTO SRVICES PRICE. 375.00 is required as a non-refundable price due at the signing of the Contract with the balance of 375.00 due at conclusion of the 8 additional property photo sessions. Should Client breach the Contract, the non-refundable 375.00 deposit shall not be refunded to the Сlient. Payments must be paid no later than Property photos are handed over to the Client.
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT. Under current copyright laws, the Photographer is owner of all photos produced. The Client is permitted to show Property photos produced by the Photographer for any personal and all marketing use. All photos under the Contract may not be reproduced by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers in any manner without previous written allowance of the Photographer. Using photos by a third party without Photographer’s permittion is punishable by law.
PHOTO DELIVERY. The Photographer is due to deliver high resolution digital Property photos, no smaller than 3,000 pixel long edge, in JPEG format to Client no more than 3 days after the event. The Photographer will send the Client an e-mail with a link and instructions as how to download the Property photos.
OTHER PROVISIONS. This Contract sets forth the entire understanding and agreement of the Parties, and supersedes any and all prior agreements between the Parties. This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois.
