Please complete this form to request meeting space for your ministry events or special occasions at St. Andrew Catholic Church. This form may also be used to place events on our parish calendar, even if they require no meeting space on our campus. Should your meeting plans require a change or cancellation, this form will also capture that information. All requests are subject to review.
