CSI WILDLIFE FORENSIC ASSISTANCE FORM

This form is for forensic assistance from the Serendipity Wildlife Foundation. We will only accept requests from legitimate government, NGO's, wildlife and conservation associations and organizations. We will not accept requests from individuals. If accepted, all work is performed free of charge, but the cost of postage and shipping of the item needs to be incurred by the requester. ALL WORK REQUESTS HAVE TO BE SUBMITTED VIA THIS FORM. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT REQUESTS VIA E-MAIL, PHONE, OR MAIL.
