    Register your notice of a neighborhood meeting that is being held as a pre-requisite for the submission of an application for a Major Subdivision, Level II or Conditional Zoning application.

  • A note about pre-application meetings.

    While a pre-application meeting is required prior to submitting an application for a Level II, Major Subdivision or Conditional Zoning application, it is not a pre-requisite for holding a neighborhood meeting.  If you haven't yet had this meeting and would like to schedule, you may do so by visiting develop.pre-app.ashevillenc.gov.  Please be prepared to provide some level of concpetual site plan with your pre-application registration.

  • Upload your files below.  Please include the following in CSV or PDF format:

    • List of invitees (All property owners and physical addresses within 400' for properties not zoned CBD, All physical addresses and property owners within 200' for properties zoned CBD) IN CSV FORMAT;

    • A copy of the notice that is being mailed;

    • A copy of required email notifcation to any neighborhood association that covers any part of the property; and
    • Photos showing signs posted on each street frontage.
