I understand that bringing children into such an environment creates inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, jumping, collisions and other injury or harm. I understand that I have the option to have my children remain indoors in our restaurant where dogs are not present. I voluntarily accept these risks on behalf of myself and the children in my care, and release and hold harmless Bar K, Bear Bishop LLC, PortKC and their partners and joint venturers from any claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of these risks while utilizing this park.
