This reservation in not considered firm until you receive an emailed confirmation from us. Tours vary in length, though most typically last one hour. If you prefer to visit the museum without a docent (self-guided), please send advanced notice.

Highlights of the Collection: Including early American portraits to contemporary art, fisheries and maritime gallery and the 1804 Captain Elias Davis House.Fitz Henry Lane (1804 -1865): Gloucester's very own native son and a master Luminist maritime painter of the historic seaport of Gloucester.Fitz Henry Lane Walking Tour: 19th century maritime artist's Gloucester neighborhood (seasonal).Edward Hopper's Houses Walking Tour: A select collection of some of the houses made famous by American realist Edward Hopper (seasonal).
The Museum is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Last tour begins at 3:00 p.m. (on Sunday last tour begins at 2:30 p.m.) Regular admission is $15; Cape Ann residents, seniors and students are $12. For private guided tours add $5 to regular admission. Walking tours are $25 and includes Museum admission.
