- ONLY PRODUCTS DISCLOSED ON APPLICATION IS ALLOWED
- NO KIDS ALLOWED AFTER 9PM
- We are currently NOT accepting: DRINKS, ALCOHOLIC DRINKS, HOT FOOD OR FOOD TRUCK VENDORS
- ALL FOOD / SNACK / DESSERT VENDORS - MUST HAVE PROPER LABELS AND REQUIRED PERMITS. NO EXCEPTIONS

OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR OUR WEEKLY MARKETS:
- NO REFUNDS
- Please email BOOKING@SHOPLOCALMARKET.COM for:
  - CANCELLATIONS for PAID INVOICES - NO REFUNDS / FORFEITS FEE
  - CANCELLATIONS for NON-PAID INVOICES - $10 CANCELLATION FEE
  - RESCHEDULE REQUEST ($10 or FORFEITS FEE) (see below)
- $10 RESCHEDULING FEE: The request is made with 72 hours plus notice in order to AVOID forfeiting your vendor fee and only getting charged the $10 Rescheduling Fee that will be applied to your balance once new date is confirmed. (Ex: If you need to cancel SATURDAY's event you need to submit your request by Wednesday 10am to avoid forfeiting your fee)
- FORFEITS FEE: The request is made with LESS THAN 72 HOURS giving us no notice to replace your vendor space.
- NO RESCHEDULES for No-Shows
- NON PAYMENTS / CANCELLED INVOICES & NO SHOWS will be noted for future consideration.
- CANCELLATIONS will cancel / affect extended payment arrangements for future dates.

Waiver of Liability:
Vendors who do not have liability insurance coverage and wish to participate in the event must sign a waiver releasing Shop Local Market LLC or Axelrad Beer Garden, its employees, representatives, and the event venue from any liability for injuries, occurrences, damages, or losses that may arise during their participation in the event.

By participating in the event, vendors agree to indemnify and hold Shop Local Market LLC or Axelrad Beer Garden, its employees, representatives, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of their participation in the event.
