I hereby give permission to Fred A Smith Company to contact any credit bureau for credit information as well as any reference listed on the application without further notice to the applicant.
The successful applicant agrees to promptly execute a written rental agreement with Fred A. smith Company, as agents of the property owner.
The information I have given in this application is, to the best of my knowledge, correct. It is understood and agreed that any false information given could lead to the rejection of this application and/or termination of any lease agreement between landlord and tenant.
